AURA FIT AI Data Requests

Data Deletion

AURA FIT AI is under development and has not yet been released. There is currently no public AURA FIT AI account or cloud profile. The instructions below cover email correspondence and locally stored data in private development builds.

Email Data Request

To ask about deletion of information you previously sent to Hakansoft by email, contact:

info@hakansoft.net

Protect Your Information

Do not send health records, identity-document scans, payment details, passwords, provider tokens or emergency information with a request.

Email Correspondence

State that your request concerns AURA FIT AI and describe the message or correspondence you want reviewed. Use the same email address that was used for the original contact when possible.

Local Development-Build Data

Data stored locally by a private development build can be removed through the device's app-data settings or by uninstalling that development build. Local device data is not deleted by sending an email.

No Public Cloud Profile

There is currently no public AURA FIT AI account, cloud profile, provider import or automated deletion portal to process.

Suggested Request

  1. Use the subject “AURA FIT AI data request”.
  2. Describe the relevant email correspondence without attaching sensitive records.
  3. Send the request from the email address used for the original correspondence when possible.
  4. Wait for confirmation before providing any additional information.

What Happens Next

  1. Hakansoft reviews the scope of the request.
  2. Additional verification may be requested when reasonably necessary.
  3. Information that must be retained for security or legal obligations may be excluded.
  4. The requester receives a response through the available email channel.
